1.2     Colors and shapes of the jewellery may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings and production processes.
1.3     Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time.


2.     Orders and Payment

2.1      All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and our acceptance.
2.2     The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information while placing an order, including billing and shipping details. Any errors or omissions in these details are the responsibility of the Customer.
2.3     We accept payment via approved methods, including cash on delivery, credit cards, bank transfers, or other payment methods specified on our website.
2.4     All payments must be made in full, including any applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees.


3.     Shipping and Delivery

3.1      We aim to process and ship orders on time. However, please note that delays in shipping may occur during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.
3.2      Shipping costs are standard priced. The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including any customs or import duties, if applicable.


4.     Returns and Exchanges

4.1      We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order only in case of receiving a damaged or defective product, we accept returns or exchanges within 5 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions detailed in our Return Policy.
4.2     The Customer is responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged and handed over to our delivery partner. Return fees will be handled
 in case of damaged or defective products.
